Katie Adams: Previously spent three years as the throws coach at Wellesley College and six years combined at Salem High School, Pelham High School and Pinkerton Academy. She is an USATF Level 3 / IAAF Level V coach in the throws. Adams has also completed the Level 2 programs in the sprints/hurdles/relays & youth specialization. She has coached multiple division and state champions, as well as all-state selected athletes.
Jennifer Potter: has led the Ithaca Women’s Track & Field program since 2003. Potter, an all-American sprinter at Ithaca, has led the Bombers to seven indoor and 10 outdoor NYS collegiate titles. She has guided the team to 22 Empire 8 titles in 24 total indoor and outdoor seasons. She has also been received “Coach of the Year” honors from the Empire 8 Conference, NYS Collegiate Track Conference and for the Atlantic Region over 20 times. Potter has coached more than 64 All-Americans during her head coaching career. Potter, who earned her master’s degree from Marshall in 1994, holds USATF Level 2 Certifications in Sprints/Hurdles/Relays and Jumps.
Dr. Russ Ebbetts: is a Level 3 Coach in USATF Coaching Education. He authored the curriculum for the Level 2 Youth endurance and biomechanics. He has spoken at the High Performance Summits on Improving Distance Running in America. Since 1999 he has edited Track Coach, the technical journal for USATF. He has presented at the FICS World Conference on Sport and Training Theory and a poster presentation at the 2014 WFC Conference on The Athletic Triage Model. He is author of the acclaimed novel Supernova on the famed Villanova running program. He has directed complimentary chiropractic care at 250+ events from the Millrose Games to local 5k’s.
