Foam rolling has become a prevalent tool in most trainer’s tool box. But rather than chasing pain or sore spots, wouldn’t it be better to have a strategy where the goal is to restore posture, joint spacing, and muscular balance for overall optimal performance? This lecture/practical guides participants through a self-evaluation of their body’s structural position in order to determine the best target areas for Self Myofascial Release (SMR). By restoring the body to a more central resting position allows for greater movement capability.
