This session will provide attendees knowledge and skill-sets on how to plan and organize speed and conditioning sessions for team sport athletes. The talk will include practice planning as well as specific speed techniques.

Weight Room Efficiency: Programming Team Sessions to Have Flow

1. D3 strength and conditioning model (rules, regulations, etc) 2. L & C facility positive and negatives 3. What is weight room flow: from beginnings, the evolution of, future of it 4. Programming is more than sets and reps 5. Will go through a session of flow (hands-on)

Post-Game Recovery Protocols

Attendees will learn the science behind several recovery protocols and how to effectively implement these in a post-game setting.
